This is a unique season in the life of CHC's School of Ministries. We have been entrusted by God with an opportunity to educate and train people for ministry; develop leaders; shape the character of students; partner with local churches; invigorate the INC movement; creatively deliver higher education in an accredited sector with a Spirit-empowered edge; pioneer another version of Pentecostal academia, and facilitate not just education but transformation in partnership with God.
One of the unique ways we do this is through external learning hubs (ELH); gathering CHC School of Ministries online students in local areas under local leadership with local support and accountability. Instead of online students studying alone and simply completing the assessments, they can join with others and have a facilitated experience with mentoring, value-adding and accountability … the “plus” of the ELH.
The design of an ELH starts with an understanding of the need for holistic formation of students. This cannot be done alone.
We believe there needs to be a network of essential partnerships to maximise student learning and to form a minister. This is often done best in the local church.

Learn in Community
We know the benefits of fellowship and discipleship in community and through a learning hub you have the opportunity to offer community-based learning with high quality education.

Supported by CHC
CHC is big enough to support your students academically with world-class standards, but small enough to tailor our support and partnerships.

National Accreditation
CHC offer award courses with formal tertiary accreditation so that your qualification is nationally recognised.
Partnerships – The Essential Foundation of an external learning hub (ELH)
Here is a model that CHC School of Ministries (SoM) have been working with to summarise the essential nature of some of our partnership with a holistic development of our people.
The design of an ELH starts with an understanding of the need for holistic formation of students. This cannot be done alone. We believe there needs to be a network of essential partnerships to maximise student learning and to form a minister.
